Venture Partnership: National Technical Information Service
TATC is able to provide organization development and training (OD&T) services for your agency through a joint venture partnership with the National Technical Information Service (NTIS) within the U.S. Department of Commerce.
NTIS has the ability to write interagency agreements and the authority to form joint venture partnerships with private sector vendors. As an approved OPM and OMB e-Training Service Provider, NTIS clients can engage their partners through a simple Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) and quickly access the best services of their partners and NTIS business practices to create solutions to meet their unique requirements.
