TATC Consulting Selected to Conduct Position Analysis
TATC Consulting has been selected by the Clinical Division of Federal Occupational Health (U.S. Department of Health and Human Services) to conduct an analysis of its account management positions located in offices throughout the country.
TATC is performing a thorough examination of FOH’s account management function and structure by analyzing the work performed by labor category, the required competencies, and benchmarking FOH’s staffing and compensation structure against other organizations. This effort will help FOH ensure it is providing the best and most cost effective service to its many clients.
