Robin Haley
Director
Mr. Haley has over 18 years of public management consulting experience, with a primary emphasis on public works, parks and recreation, utilities and land management related services. His diverse experience includes water and wastewater operations, streets and highways, solid waste and sanitation, rights-of-way maintenance, parks maintenance, fleet management, facilities management, and customer service management systems.
Key Successes
- Developed effective staffing models for the administration of capital improvement programs in a number of local government organizations
- Led a management audit of the Nashville Solid Waste Division which identified over $1,000,000 in annual cost savings for the organization.
- Led a comprehensive audit of the Nashville, Tennessee Building and Codes Enforcement Department which assessed its staffing and operational needs
- Introduced quantitative models in many organizations which allowed them to optimize capital replacement decisions

Background
Prior to joining TATC, Mr. Haley was a senior consultant at Maximus focusing on operations reviews, management audits, and classification studies. He started his consulting career with David M. Griffith and Associates in Atlanta and opened their Nashville, TN office.
