Youth Program Development

Throughout the course of our 37-year history, TATC Consulting has had a passion and commitment for enhancing the opportunities of young people to further their education, obtain meaningful jobs, and engage in full and productive lives and careers.

As a result, we have a long and distinguished record of partnering with the government and the non-profit and private sectors to provide technical assistance and training to youth programs in such areas as:

  • Strategic planning
  • Building community linkages and partnerships
  • Staff development
  • Case management
  • Management/leadership coaching
  • Peer-to-peer training programs and workshops
  • Web-based career development resources.

Most recently, TATC has assisted grantees of a number of youth programs sponsored by the U.S. Departments of Labor and Justice (Out-of-School Youth and the Youth Offender Programs), serving as the national technical assistance provider and coordinator of services to multiple sites nationwide.

And, we practice what we preach. TATC Enriching Adams Morgan (TEAM) is a company-sponsored program within the inner city neighborhood of Adams Morgan in Washington, D.C. that provides long-term mentoring support to local youth, including post-secondary scholarship opportunities.
