Step 1

  • Establish program guidelines and create policies and procedures manuals
  • Develop performance measures and measurement systems

  • Develop a communications and change plan
  • Design and deliver training on new programs, policies, or procedures
  • Share information on new approaches at conferences, meetings, or workshops
  • Provide short-term or on-going technical assistance and support to those impacted

  • Track program performance
