Step 1
Define Research Objectives
- Clarify the research objectives
- Obtain agreement on the purpose and intended objectives of the study

- Identify and review previous studies and their results
- Define the study’s scope – what will be addressed by the study, what will not be addressed

- Analyze the results to develop key themes and findings
- Prepare sound conclusions based on the data and recommendations
- Prepare reports in easy-to-digest formats and styles

Feedback the Results
- Deliver oral presentations of results to key client staff
- Integrate client feedback before finalizing reports
- Prepare Executive Summary and detailed reports

Action Planning
- Facilitate planning sessions with client staff to address the agreed-upon recommendations
- Develop action plans with specific responsibilities and time frames for implementation
- Provide follow-up consulting support in action plan execution
