Our Solutions

Training

Training is a critical part of staff development, providing managers and staff members with the knowledge and skills they need for high performance. TATC Consulting offers a full range of training solutions – from our off-the-shelf catalog of courses to the development of original, fully customized programs – to ensure your training is effective and provides value to both the individual participants and the organization.

Off-the-Shelf (OTS) Training

TATC offers a complete catalog of courses that have been developed, refined, and proven effective through repeated deliveries. TATC can rapidly customize the content to tailor the examples, terminology, and exercises to ensure the training is relevant for the intended audience.

Customized Training Programs

Whether the need is to impart new knowledge, provide instruction on a technical skill, or reinforce fundamentals, TATC’s experienced instructional design experts will use our structured training development methodology to create an original training program that is compelling and effective.

Train-the-Trainer Programs

TATC can develop materials that include course content and step-by-step instruction on how to deliver the course so that even novice instructors can train like experts.

Web-Based Training

In conjunction with our advanced technology partners, TATC provides cutting-edge, web-based training on-line or on DVD with testing and evaluation fully incorporated into the training. We can also provide live webcasts of events, real-time, interactive web chats, and automated invitation and participant tracking applications.

TATC incorporates the research-based adult learning principles and the Instructional Systems Design (ISD) methodology to develop training that is engaging and informative and tied to real world examples. Our courses are designed to promote not only learning during the training, but application of what is learned back on the job.

Our training materials – typically slide handouts, participant guides, and trainer’s guides – are creative, informative, and user-friendly. They are designed to be used for both training purposes and to serve as resources to participants back on the job.
