Step 1

Develop Statement of Work

Recruit, Screen, and Hire Staff

  • Tap into our network of consultants and partners to identify individuals with the right mix of knowledge, skills, and abilities
  • Assess candidates’ qualifications to determine whether they are the right fit for the job
  • Provide an opportunity for our clients to interview a “short list” of candidates
  • Develop and deliver training to address skill gaps identified and/or identify new sets of skills needed
  • Make a hiring decision

Step 3

Monitor On-going Performance

  • Assign a TATC Corporate Supervisor to oversee the new hire
  • Conduct regular client feedback sessions
  • Provide on-going mentoring and guidance to the new hire

Step 4

Evaluate Each Assignment

  • Conduct regular project reviews to obtain client feedback
  • Revise work process to ensure we are providing the highest quality support
