Step 1
Develop Statement of Work
- Identify the scope of work and the required competencies
- Develop job descriptions for the positions to be filled

Recruit, Screen, and Hire Staff
- Tap into our network of consultants and partners to identify individuals with the right mix of knowledge, skills, and abilities
- Assess candidates’ qualifications to determine whether they are the right fit for the job
- Provide an opportunity for our clients to interview a “short list” of candidates
- Develop and deliver training to address skill gaps identified and/or identify new sets of skills needed
- Make a hiring decision

Monitor On-going Performance
- Assign a TATC Corporate Supervisor to oversee the new hire
- Conduct regular client feedback sessions
- Provide on-going mentoring and guidance to the new hire
Step 4
Evaluate Each Assignment
- Conduct regular project reviews to obtain client feedback
- Revise work process to ensure we are providing the highest quality support
