Provided Project Management and Analyst Staff Support to Ensure Effective Project Continuity and Execution

TATC Consulting has provided long-term support to many Federal agencies, including individuals to support specific projects, as well as teams of individuals managing and overseeing whole work units. When one of our client offices began losing staff to retirement and was unable to replace them due to a hiring freeze, TATC stepped in to provide not only mid-level analysts to perform day-to-day work activities, but also a senior project manager to run the effort.

Provided Staff to Assist Start-up Organization in Developing and Implementing Its Programs

TATC provided staff support to assist a newly-formed organization that was not initially authorized to hire any staff get off the ground. Based on our subject-matter knowledge and familiarity with the key stakeholders, we were able to provide senior support to the Federal project manager in developing the office’s short- and long-term strategic plans, establishing its new programs, and linking the new office to existing systems. Based on the success the new unit has had, our client has since asked us to provide additional long-term staff, including administrative, web design, and analyst support.

Our Outstanding Administrative and Clerical Support Turns Short-term Assignments into Long-term Relationships

TATC Consulting has recruited and placed administrative and clerical support professionals in a variety of agencies throughout the Federal government. The positions we have filled have ranged from Executive Assistant to Receptionist to Graphics and Word Processing Specialist. As a result of the quality of work provided by our staff, many of our short-term placements have turned into on-going, long-term assignments.
